Approach
A lot of people dislike team building for a simple reason: they expect to be put on the spot. Solo introductions, improv games aimed at the whole room, “share something personal.” That design works for some groups. It is a poor fit for many engineers, analysts and quieter contributors.
That rule runs through every half-day and full-day session we run in Thailand. It is also why the format suits mixed-nationality teams: less social risk, clearer structure.
Sessions are not quiet lectures. There is movement, problem-solving and real conversation. The difference is where the pressure sits: on the task and the team, not on one person holding the floor. More on this in what facilitation-led means.
Same approach in Chiang Mai (our base), Bangkok, Phuket and Hua Hin. For longer stays, the retreat format keeps the same no-spotlight design across multiple days.
If part of your team is sceptical about “team building,” say so in the brief. We design for that room, not against it.
