I'm Phill Savage, and I'm the Event Director for the Offsite Thailand program by Boutiq Hospitality. That means I'm the person who plans your retreat with you, and the person who is on the ground running it.

After years in hospitality, tech and marketing, I saw distributed teams burning out on Zoom and Slack. Offsite Thailand was built to bring those teams together properly in person, and Unboring Teams brings the same introvert-safe, no-cringe approach to video calls.

Based in Chiang Mai, I work with local villas, venues and partners directly, so what we promise in the proposal is what your team experiences on arrival.
