Practical guide
Buyers often ask the same few questions before booking: how long does it run, what does the room feel like, and what do we need to organise on our side? Here is a plain answer for a standard Unboring Teams day.
A half-day is roughly 3–3.5 hours: short framing, pair warm-up, two or three structured activities, debrief, close. A full day adds a longer afternoon block and more room for the team to own the closing conversation. Sample agendas sit on the Chiang Mai and Hua Hin pages; the same structure adapts to Bangkok and Phuket.
Typical range is about 8 to 60 for a single facilitator setup. Larger groups rotate through stations or we add a second facilitator. Flag headcount early so staffing is right.
We bring the facilitation, activity design and equipment for the modules we run. For full retreats with villas and transfers, see the Thailand retreats page.
It is not a series of forced solo performances. Work is in pairs and small groups. Native English throughout. More on that approach in facilitation-led team building and without the solo spotlight.
If you already know the format and city, jump to programmes and proposal. If you are still choosing length, start with half-day vs full-day.
